专利说明:

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to railway transport and concerns the construction of sliding doors of a covered railway car. A covered railroad car door is spread, comprising vertical door posts forming a doorway, a door panel mounted for movement along rails on roller bearings and having a corrugated canvas and connected to it vertical edge bars, each of which includes a vertical inner rail. the wall, the portion of the vertical outer wall, inclined inward, and the vertical side wall, connecting the inner and outer walls to form a tubular structure, and elastic e edge profiles overlapping portions of said door pillars in the closed door position 1. However, for typical known structure is not sufficient reliability of the seal door. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the door sealing. This goal is achieved by the fact that one of the elastic edge profiles contains an L-shaped element that overlaps the outer side of the corresponding door pillar and an edge element that overlaps its inner side to form a vertical channel with the edge element. Moreover, the specified L-shaped element can be provided with a flange portion protruding inwards parallel to the outside of the door pillar. . Figure 1 shows the proposed door, side view, figure 2 - section aa in figure 1, fig.Z - section bb in figure 1. The sliding door contains vertical door posts 1 and 2 fixed on the side wall of the car 3 to form a door section, a door panel 4 having a corrugated canvas 5 and vertical edge bars 6 and 7 connected to it. The door is mounted for movement along rails 8 on roller bearings 9 and 10. Each edge bar includes a vertical inner wall 11, a portion 12 of the vertical outer wall 13, a sloping inner and a vertical side wall 14,
connecting inner and outer walls to form a tubular structure.
The door also contains elastic edge profiles that overlap the parts of the door pillars in the closed position. The door beam 7 comprises an L-shaped element 15 going in the rear direction, located all the way in the vertical direction with the door. When the door is in a closed sealing against atmospheric influences -. The SRI position, the vertical channel 16 formed by element 15 and wall 14 of beam 11, covers the door rack 2. When the door moves to its closed position, door pillars 1 and 2 and bars b and 7 of the door interact in such a way as to form a labyrinth seal seals the inside of the car from precipitation and foreign elements.
The L-shaped element 15 is provided with a flange projecting inwardly, parallel to the outside of the door pillar 2..
The floor configuration with a cross-sectional cross-section of the bars B and 7 contributes to a slight twisting or deflection, so that if due to wear the door is displaced in the longitudinal direction when it moves inward to the closed position, then the inner right sides 17; seizes the door pillars 1 and 2 in a wedging manner and tends to counteract them in such a way as to center the door in the proper position. Similarly, if the door moves too far forward during closing, the joint spring action of the blade 18 and the protrusion 19 tends to push the door back and inwards to its closed position. The door is supplied by a drive mechanism containing a hand-operated handwheel 20.
The lower and upper cranks 21 and 22 are connected to the pipe 23, which moves the door outward by means of a lever transmission 24 driven by the handwheel 20.
